We only use these types of information to support the internal operations of the Company Services.

Company may make a child’s information available to certain third-party service providers, such as contractors or agents who help us manage or provide the Company Services. These service providers only collect and use information from children for our internal purposes, consistent with this Privacy Policy.

To protect the rights of Company and others. There may be instances when Company may disclose a child’s information, including situations where Company has a good faith belief that such disclosure is necessary in order to: (i) protect, enforce, or defend the legal rights, privacy, safety, or property of Company, our Company Affiliates or their employees, agents and contractors (including enforcement of our agreements and our terms of use); (ii) protect the safety, privacy, and security of users of the Company Services or members of the public; (iii) protect against fraud or for risk management purposes; (iv) comply with the law or legal process; or (v) respond to requests from public and government authorities.

In the event we discover we have collected information from a child in a manner inconsistent with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act requirements, we will either delete the information or immediately seek the parent’s consent for that collection.
